Your use of this Site is governed by the following terms of use (“Terms”). By using this Site, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY may, from time to time, change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Site after any such change, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed. Please review it occasionally to remain informed.


Ownership of all rights, including copyright, relating to this website is vested with CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY. Copyrights, designs, trademarks and/or all other intellectual property rights and materials protect all materials on this Site. CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY owns these materials. Such materials include, but are not limited to, the photographs, images, illustrations, and text. Use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them wholly or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY. You (the client) may not modify, distribute or re-post something from this website for any purpose without our written consent. All rights are reserved, worldwide.


No contract will exist between you (the client) and CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY for the sale of any product unless and until CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is made through one of our accepted payment methods. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or destination country, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.


Prices Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All orders will be charged in Emirates dirham AED, or USD or EUR.

If you (the client) are purchasing goods from outside the UAE, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using a currency converter.


Every item on the Site has been made to the highest standard of quality. Please note that most items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and color may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in the actual dimensions and specifications noting that Materials are sourced carefully and handmade with high craftsmanship.


Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and different photography angles and techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to display the entire item.


Items available in stock will be shipped from our office in 1-2 working days.  Shipping with our courier company aims to be fulfilled within 2 working days for domestic shipment and 2 to 6 working days for international shipment. The above is our standard anticipation unless we have contacted you (the client) and agreed alternative terms for delivery.

If an item is sold out, we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the delivery time. Orders and custom orders to manufacture would take from 2 to 6 weeks. Custom orders may include any of custom details, specific sizes, engravings, etc… New items may need to be manufactured for that purpose.

We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.


All parcels must be immediately opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You (the client) acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault.


Delivery charges will be billed to you (the client) during checkout, according to the delivery destination, unless free delivery promotion is advertised.

Our shipments with FedEx will have a Direct Signature Required in locations where this service is available. FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address only. If no one is available to sign/receive the package, FedEx will attempt redelivery of the package. In that case, FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the package. They will call the consignee twice. If after the aforementioned delivery to the consignee is not made, FedEx will return the package back to us. So please ensure the delivery address is an address where you can be sure there will be someone to accept delivery (at home or work).

Please note that the client will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

You (the client) can also contact us by telephone on +971 434 112 12. A Customer Service representative will be on hand to assist you from 10am to 6pm, Dubai time, Sunday to Thursday.


  1. Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, and any other methods, which may be clearly advertised on the Website or agreed upon. Once the transaction is complete, the payment will be debited and cleared from your account and you (the client) will then be redirected to the Website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
  2. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we still can reserve the purchased item for you, but with a latency period of 1 week, after which the order will be automatically considered as cancelled since the executed order was not paid.
  3. We take reasonable care to make our Website is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using a third party Merchant Provider: Network International secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure our Website technology.
  4. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide us when accessing or ordering from the Website.
  5. Bank payment transfer is possible to be accepted after agreement upon a direct contact with the company costumer service.


  1. Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY is not responsible and/or liable for any delays caused due to reasons out of our control, in which case we will contact you (the client) as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
  2. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any products delivered in territories where FedEx provides this service, if not applicable then simply delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) in territories where FedEx provides this service or simply delivered where the service is not available, is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.


No Return of Items Policy; only exchange of items for specified purposes, and
with No Refund. Exchanges are accepted for any merchandise other than “Custom Order Merchandise”, and are possible only if the item is available, and at full discretion of the management.
CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY will not refund postage and packaging charges, nor will refund any sales tax or duties payable on any of its orders to be exchanged.
For items to be exchanged, a Return Air Label will be sent to you from our side. Once the reference number of the return is available, we will forward it to you so you can communicate it to FedEx and they will collect the package.

Any financial cost which makes an additional difference to the original amount billed, that was incurred from any exchange request operation related to :-  changing the “size” of same item, or to choosing a different item,… will be charged solely at the expense of the client requesting the exchange.
Please fill up online the AWB and share it to import.ae@fedex.com and also send the same to your shipper to take print out and attach with shipment paperwork. 
Once the item to be exchanged is received in the correct condition, the exchanged item will only then be dispatched.

Please pack the item carefully in its original CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY packaging, making sure that the item is untampered with and undamaged, and state the order reference number clearly on the external packaging.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.

We are not able to exchange items which show any signs of wear or damage.

We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you (the client) and us if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn;
  • we do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Claims can only be made through the CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY customer service department by e-mail: enquiries@carlaatala.com . Any claims made before prior communication with the CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY customer service department will not be considered. All goods must be counted upon receipt. Any shortage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. All goods must be checked at the time of delivery. Any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by e-mail to orders@carlaatala.com within 3 working days from the delivery. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.


If you (the client) find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact our customer service department at orders@carlaatala.com You will receive a written response within 7 working days.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you (the client) lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act.), under the UAE legislation

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY only collects information when you volunteer it when registering your details for online payment – you also have the option to refuse any future marketing emails from us.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie internet file which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it elsewhere. The employees of CARLA ATALA FINE JEWELRY are duty-bound to respect the confidentiality of your data and abide by the UAE’s Jewelry Retail Codes of Conduct.


We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.

If the goods we deliver are not what you (the client) ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted as mentioned above.

Exchanges must be done within 7 days from receipt. Defected/damaged items must be notified about and shipped back within three working days. Wear and tear does not apply to damaged items.


If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.


Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Arab Emirates and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UAE LAWS. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with UAE LAWS. and the UAE Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.


These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you (the client) by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.


We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
